Overall condition is fair. The Picture has been stored in damp conditions and the board on which the watercolour is painted has warped slightly. Colours are bright and strong. There is no signs of any staining or foxing. Frame is in good order. The back is inscribed "Dusty Road" signed and dated by the artist. We have no idea as to where the road is.
